Thanks to poor drainage around the window well and the poor discharge location this sump pump should provide hours of entertainment on rainy days.Recirculating Sump Pump (45603 Bytes) ------------------ Knowledge is power. Bruce Great photo. I would be a bit concerned about the lack of a ladder serving that area way (window-well) if in fact that window is serving an EE exit?------------------ Jerry McCarthy San Mateo, CA =================================== Books-Reports-Scheduling-Tools |

Jerry,Actually there is a ladder in the window well. (It's in the left side of the well in this pic.) I had to use it to actuate the sump pump after pouring water into the pit. The debris in the sump pit kept the float from doing its thing until I helped it along. ------------------ Knowledge is power. Ignorance is its own reward.
